The patented CLR Irrigator is an ergonomic suction/irrigator that empowers easy, one-handed lavage through a range of indwelling catheters, such as chest tubes and pigtail catheters.
Quick and Easy Connections
The high-flow-rate bag spike connects to a standard fluid (e.g. saline) bag and the suction connector to a standard suction setup.
One-Handed Operation
The ergonomic buttons enable a rapid, single-handed transition between suction (red) and irrigation (blue).
Adaptable Nozzle
The nozzle quickly connects to a wide range of catheters, just like a standard chest tube connector. Nozzle also connects to the CLR Port.
Reliable Suction
Depress the suction button to evacuate fluid through a large bore, straight path (prevents clogging). Release the button, to spring the trumpet valve closed and stop suction.
High-Flow Irrigation
Depress the irrigation button to rapidly deliver lavage fluid from the fluid bag.

Our unique CLR Port can stay attached to the indwelling catheter, allowing standard drainage as well as sterile access for repeated / delayed lavage without breaking the suction circuit.
Catheter Connection
Easy connection to a wide range of large-bore catheters (24 Fr and larger).
Drain Connection
Simple connection to the patient connector in standard drainage systems.
Easy Access
The Access Cap locks on and is easily removed when access to the indwelling catheter is required.

To lavage through the CLR Port, simply remove the Access Cap and insert the CLR Irrigator. After lavage is complete, reinsert the twist-lock Access Cap. Leave the CLR Port connected for later irrigation as necessary.
Drain Connection
Simple connection to the patient connector in standard drainage systems.
Catheter Connection
Easy connection to a wide range of large-bore catheters (24 Fr and larger).
Automatic Shutoff
When the Irrigator is docked into the Port, an internal seal shuts off the connection to the drainage system. This ensures a sealed connection with the indwelling catheter.
HOW IT WORKS
The CLR Irrigator and CLR Port take just seconds to set up and work together seamlessly. Scroll through to see how.
HOW IT WORKS
1 | Attach to Irrigation Fluid
Remove the Tip Protector from the Bag Spike (step 1), and insert the Bag Spike into the lavage fluid (e.g., saline) bag (step 2). Depress the blue Irrigation Button to gravity-prime the unit until fluid exits the Nozzle and all air has been purged.
HOW IT WORKS
2 | Attach to Suction
Attach the Suction Connector to the inlet fitting of the suction canister. Depress the red Suction Button to check suction.
HOW IT WORKS
3 | Insert Nozzle
Insert the Nozzle into the catheter or the Port.
HOW IT WORKS
